Honourary Members

Images Alberta Camera Club has bestowed honourary lifetime membership status for only two individuals in our history: Most recently Mufty Mathewson for her many years of service to the club, including continued voluntary involvement on the Board of Directors, and originally to Daryl Benson for outstanding achievement in photographic excellence.

Images Millennium Project

Millennium Project IACC published a book titled Edmonton Focus 2000. The goal of this project was to share memories of this historical time as we pass from one Millennium into the next.

The 50+ members of IACC recorded the places, people and events of Edmonton to leave a lasting legacy to the community. Ultimately a copy was donated to each school library (and some copies to the Edmonton Public Libraries). A collection of slides and photographs were donated to the Edmonton Archives. Funds raised by sales of this book were donated to the Northern Alberta Brain Injury Society**.

Thanks are due to the following sponsors for their generous support of this project:  Edmonton Community Lottery Board;  Canadian Millennium Bureau;  The Alberta Foundation for the Arts;  Kodak Canada Inc.;  Carousel Photo Imaging Ltd.;  The Lab Works;  Daryl Benson; and Dale Wilson.

Footnotes

** Remaining copies of Edmonton Focus 2000 are completely sold out. The book is now out of print.
